2019 Fall Policy Summit
In November 2019, in Orange County, CA, CompTIA brought together CompTIA and TECNA members focused on US government affairs and government solutions to converge at this two-day, policy and public sector event. The Summit explored the 2020 presidential election; how AI, automation and political transformation impact future initiatives; host a hot topic discussion with state CIOs and more.
2018 Regional Policy Summit
On November 7, 2018, we held the first TECNA Regional Policy Summit in Atlanta, Georgia. At this one-day Regional Policy Summit, TECNA member staff and/or councils’ legislative consultants gathered and discussed local, state and federal policy trends; exchanged ideas on successful policy structures and determined priorities for 2019.
Thank you again to our colleagues at the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), CompTIA and Brooks Raiford from NC Tech, TECNA Public Policy Committee Chair, for making it such a success.
Participant feedback was very positive, and the follow-up plan is to organize two sessions in 2019, likely one each in an eastern and western region.
